Update - The backfill is putting a log of pressure on our system, you can expect to face a high failure rate on your API calls or when using the Webapp because of timeouts.
We're currently investigating the situation to take actions to limit these timeouts.

Scheduled - Wakeo will be performing a major infrastructure upgrade to enhance the performance and scalability of our services.

- Impact: The Wakeo platform and all APIs (including Trusted Routes) will be unavailable during the maintenance timeframe
- Data integrity: All tracking events received during the maintenance will be automatically queued and processed as soon as services resume. No processed data will be lost.
- Suggested Action: For IT teams, we recommend delaying any scheduled API calls or ensuring a global retry policy is active for this timeframe.
